  • What You Get: You receive one live Monstera (Monstera deliciosa), well rooted and ready to plant. It ships as a starter plant, without the pot. The iconic Monstera, with large, glossy leaves that develop dramatic splits and holes as it matures. A statement, easy care climbing houseplant.
  • Growing Conditions: Thrives in USDA hardiness zones 10 to 12. Give it bright partial shade and moderate, even watering in well drained loam soil. Hardy and rewarding once established.
  • Uses and Placement: Grow indoors in bright indirect light with a moss pole. Keep the soil lightly moist in a chunky, well draining mix. Monstera is toxic if eaten, so keep it away from young children and pets.
  • Good to Know: After a few days in the shipping box, your plant may arrive with a few wilted or less than fresh leaves. This is completely normal and not a problem. Simply plant it and care for it as directed, and it will quickly bounce back and grow beautifully.
  • Packaged With Care: Each plant is wrapped carefully with the roots protected for a safe trip. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right. A thoughtful gift for gardeners and plant lovers. Please Note: The images are for illustration and show the plant at a more mature stage. You will receive a young, healthy, well-rooted starter plant that will grow to look like this over time with proper care.

This monstera brings lasting beauty to your home and garden. The iconic Monstera, with large, glossy leaves that develop dramatic splits and holes as it matures. A statement, easy care climbing houseplant. It grows best in USDA zones 10 to 12 with partial shade and well drained soil. Grow indoors in bright indirect light with a moss pole. Keep the soil lightly moist in a chunky, well draining mix. Grown and shipped with care for a healthy start, and a lovely gift for any gardener.

Every plant ships as a young, well-rooted starter grown by our US nursery partners. Size and shape vary naturally from plant to plant, and product photos show a mature example of the variety.

On arrival:
Unbox right away, let the plant rest out of direct sun for a day or two, then water lightly. A few wilted or yellowed leaves after transit are normal and recover quickly.
Planting:
Pot up in a well-draining mix, or plant outdoors once the risk of frost has passed in your USDA zone. Each listing states the zone, light and watering the plant prefers.
Safety:
Many ornamental plants are toxic if eaten. Keep them away from young children and pets unless the listing states the plant is edible.

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our US grower partners within 1 to 3 business days, and you will receive tracking by email within 48 hours of your order shipping. Most orders arrive 2 to 6 business days after shipping. Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Cold-weather protection: during colder months we include a heat pack when needed, and may briefly hold your order if temperatures along the route drop below roughly 30F (-1C) to protect your plant. This can add a few days but greatly improves arrival condition.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Every order is covered. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not survive shipping, email info@greenleafventuresllc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the plant and packaging. Once approved we will send a free replacement or issue a refund - your choice. You do NOT need to ship the plant back.

What is not covered: normal transit stress that recovers with care, damage from leaving the package outdoors in extreme temperatures, or decline after the 30-day window due to home care conditions.

Returns: because live plants cannot be resold after leaving our grower partners, we do not accept physical returns. We resolve issues quickly through replacement or refund.
