By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Key points for live plants: Where we ship: the 48 contiguous US states only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally. Processing: orders ship from our US grower partners within 1 to 3 business days, and tracking is emailed within 48 hours of shipping. Most orders arrive 2 to 6 business days after shipping. Cold weather: during colder months we may include a heat pack and may briefly hold your order if temperatures along the route drop below roughly 30F (-1C) to protect your plant. Live Arrival Guarantee: if your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not survive shipping, email info@greenleafventuresllc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once approved we will send a free replacement or issue a refund - your choice. Returns: because live plants cannot be resold after leaving our grower partners, we do not accept physical returns. You do not need to ship the plant back. Plant safety: many ornamental plants are toxic if eaten. Keep them away from young children and pets unless the listing states the plant is edible.
