Shipping policy

GreenLeaf Ventures ships live plants across the continental United States. Here is what to expect.

 

Where we ship: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

 

Processing & handling: Orders are prepared and shipped from our US grower partners within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking by email within 48 hours of your order shipping.

 

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Shipping is FREE on every order - the price you see is the price you pay.

 

Cold-weather protection: Live plants are sensitive to freezing temperatures. During colder months we include heat packs when needed and may briefly hold your order if temperatures along the route drop below roughly 30F (-1C) to protect your plant. This can add a few days but greatly improves arrival condition.
