Shipping policy

GreenLeaf Ventures ships live plants across the continental United States. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

Processing & handling: Orders are prepared and shipped from our US grower partners within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive tracking by email within 48 hours of your order shipping.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. On orders under $49, shipping is a flat $9.95. There are no other charges at checkout - the price you see is the price you pay.

Cold-weather protection: Live plants are sensitive to freezing temperatures. From 1 November to 30 April every order ships with winter protection at our cost - a multi-day heat pack, plus an insulated liner or a faster service when the route is cold enough to need one. It is included, not a paid add-on. If a hard freeze is forecast along the route we may briefly hold your order until it is safe to send. This can add a few days but greatly improves arrival condition, and it means we cannot promise delivery on a specific date in December.
