  • What You Get: Twenty-five (25) wild daffodil bulbs (Narcissus pseudonarcissus), also called Lent Lily, shipped dormant and ready to plant in fall. A cheerful naturalizing daffodil with pale-yellow spring flowers and darker trumpets.
  • Growing Conditions: Hardy in USDA zones 3-10. Thrives in full sun to partial shade and grows in almost any well-drained soil. Plant in fall for early-spring blooms that multiply year after year. This live plant cannot be shipped to AK, HI, or PR.
  • Landscape Highlight: Perfect for naturalizing in lawns, woodland edges, borders and drifts. Deer and rodents usually leave the bulbs alone, and the blooms return reliably each spring. Good to know: daffodil bulbs and all parts are toxic if eaten (never mistake a bulb for an onion), so keep away from children and pets.
  • Good to Know: Bulbs ship dormant with no leaves - this is completely normal and healthy. Plant them in fall and they will sprout and bloom the following spring, then naturalize and multiply over the years.
  • Packaged With Care: Each order is hand packed with the roots protected for a safe trip and includes planting instructions. If it arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right. The photos show mature plants in bloom for reference; you receive dormant, ready-to-plant bulbs that will sprout and grow to look like this with proper care.

The Wild Daffodil (Narcissus pseudonarcissus) brings lasting beauty to your garden. Perfect for naturalizing in lawns, woodland edges, borders and drifts. Deer and rodents usually leave the bulbs alone, and the blooms return reliably each spring. Grown and shipped with care for a healthy start, and a wonderful choice for gardeners and plant lovers.

Every plant ships as a young, well-rooted starter grown by our US nursery partners. Size and shape vary naturally from plant to plant, and product photos show a mature example of the variety.

On arrival:
Unbox right away, let the plant rest out of direct sun for a day or two, then water lightly. A few wilted or yellowed leaves after transit are normal and recover quickly.
Planting:
Pot up in a well-draining mix, or plant outdoors once the risk of frost has passed in your USDA zone. Each listing states the zone, light and watering the plant prefers.
Safety:
Many ornamental plants are toxic if eaten. Keep them away from young children and pets unless the listing states the plant is edible.

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our US grower partners within 1 to 3 business days, and you will receive tracking by email within 48 hours of your order shipping. Most orders arrive 2 to 6 business days after shipping. Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Cold-weather protection: during colder months we include a heat pack when needed, and may briefly hold your order if temperatures along the route drop below roughly 30F (-1C) to protect your plant. This can add a few days but greatly improves arrival condition.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Every order is covered. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or does not survive shipping, email info@greenleafventuresllc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the plant and packaging. Once approved we will send a free replacement or issue a refund - your choice. You do NOT need to ship the plant back.

What is not covered: normal transit stress that recovers with care, damage from leaving the package outdoors in extreme temperatures, or decline after the 30-day window due to home care conditions.

Returns: because live plants cannot be resold after leaving our grower partners, we do not accept physical returns. We resolve issues quickly through replacement or refund.
